In order to offer excellent professionals to our clients, MAW invests in training its candidates.
The candidates enrolled in MAW’s offices therefore have the opportunity to take FREE training courses that aim to enhance their professional value. These courses are created to respond the real labor market needs and are designed in collaboration with our clients.
Our candidates can start their training by participating in the core training courses; these are useful to get started on their first job. Then they can follow a highly professional training course for a particular field and continue with follow-up education during the career path of their choosing.
Forma.Temp finances MAW's training courses.
Forma.Temp is a trust fund that finances the professional training of temporary workers.
Forma.Temp is funded with a 4% contribution from the gross wages paid to temporary workers. Its aim is to promote training courses for professional qualification and requalification. These courses are entirely free, both for the employee and the company.
Form.Temp regulation provides four types of training:
· Core Training: its aim is to give general knowledge on the work industry;
· Professional Training: aims to create or deepen the knowledge/ability useful for entering the work industry;
· “On the job” Training: its final aim is to align the job’s professional skills with the specific demands of a company, mostly focused on the use of specific working equipment necessary to the working activities for which they are hired;
· Ongoing Training:this aims to adjust qualifications with the evolution of the profession, the natural change of job requirements, and to improve skills. This training is therefore dedicated to employees who have already followed finance training courses and who have been working for at least four months with the provision of employment contracts.
