Purpose of the processing and legal basis
MAW, as the data controller, will process your personal data for the research and selection of personnel in the interests of its clients or for its organisational structure and for the fulfillment of consequential legal and contractual obligations. In addition, your common personal data, concerning your work experience, can be collected, with your consent, from previous employees for the purpose of references.

The types of processed data are common and particular categories of data and specifically they belong to protected categories.

Data will be processed manually and with the use of electronic devices by employees of MAW in the relevant territorial branch and the office who are formally commissioned and suitably trained.

Recipients and categories of recipients
Your personal data can also become known to external subjects that, as processing Managers, collaborate with our company and undertake processing on behalf of MAW.

The main categories of recipients are: system managers, consultancy and employment companies, lawyers, management consultants, training companies, teachers.

Your data may also be communicated to public and private subjects that have conferred us the mandate to undertake, in their favour, research and selection of personnel or to public or private entities that promote initiatives for occupational placement and/or professional retraining and may also become known to subjects/organs/authorities that are designated and/or competent for verification and controls to ensure the regularity of accounting, fiscal and other legal obligations.

In any case your data will not be generally transmitted.

Transference of data abroad

Storage period
Your data will be stored for a maximum period of 35 months, starting from the response to the notification of the dispatch of your CV or from the last update if there have not been modifications and/or updates on your part or by MAW personnel during this time; at the end of this period it will be canceled from the data bank and paper support will be rendered illegible via destruction.

Automatic processing of data
In certain phases of the selection process MAW can undertake the processing of data via automatic or semi-automatic processing to make the candidature more effective, faster and in keeping with the professional route of the interested party.

Rights of the interested party
The "interested" party has the right to:
1. Access: the interested party can request to know of the existence or otherwise of the personal data that concerns him/her, even if this is not registered and its communication in a concise, transparent, intelligible and easily accessed manner in simple and clear language; he/she may also request indication of:

MAW, as the data controller, will process your personal data for the creation and execution of contractual relationships with particular reference to the services of outplacement, research and selection of personnel, professional re-qualification and training courses.

Your data will be stored for the time required to fulfill the purposes of the processing, based on the provisions of law up until a maximum term of 10 years and in any case until you revoke your consent.

Purpose of processing and legal basis
MAW as the data controller, will process your personal and the personal data regarding your family members, exclusively for the creation, management and termination of the working relationship and the fulfillment of legal and consequential contractual obligations.

MAW uses a geo-localisation system to note the location of its workers. More specifically, this system is based on the expressed consent of the outplaced worker. The worker can execute “virtual clocking in” from any device (pc, tablet, smartphone) accessing the portal via www.maw.it after authentication with username and password and activating the geo-localization functionality. The specific techniques of this system can be consulted at link. The use of this system for geo-localisation is not obligatory given that employees can always decide to undertake the clocking in manually.

The types of processed data are common data, that related to location and particular categories, specifically for protected categories.

Data will be processed manually and with the use of electronic devices by employees of MAW in the relevant territorial branch and the office who are formally commissioned and suitably trained.

Recipients and categories of recipients
Without prejudice to the communications carried out to fulfill legal and contractual obligations, the collected and processed can be exclusively communicated for the above-mentioned purposes to the following subjects/categories of subjects:
- public entities (Provincial Labor Directorate, INPS, INAIL and other social contribution authorities, funds or accounts for social security and assistance);
- union organisations which you may become a member of or confer a mandate to;
- credit or insurance companies;
- professionals or service companies that, working on behalf of MAW, collaborate with the administration and corporate managements: employment consultants, legal studious, doctors, debt recovery companies, taxation and financial statement consultancy companies, quality certification companies and IT companies. In addition, to fulfill its retributive obligations, MAW will use electronic devices to communicate your personal data, including particular categories of personal data and data connected with location, to companies for which you will be employed as an outsourcer. This data can be accessed by the relative employees, collaborators, partners, suppliers and consultants, as well as other companies in the group.

In certain phases of the selection process MAW can undertake the processing of data via automatic or semi-automatic processes to make the candidature more effective, faster and in keeping with the professional route of the person seeking work.

Storage period
Your data will be storied for a period in keeping with the dispositions of the law in force in our system.
The data relative to location will be destroyed as soon as the verification by the MAW client is on the working performance of the employee is completed, for which this data is necessary. In any case, this data will not be stored for longer than 90 days.
