Divisione Search & Selection, Polo di Torino <p>is recruiting, on behalf of an international company specialized in the production and supply of sun protection and shading systems, part of a global group composed of 4 companies worldwide, a:</p><p></p><p><strong>Junior Controller</strong></p><p></p><p>You will play a key role in supporting the financial and strategic development of the German business unit within an international and dynamic environment.</p><p></p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Manage the company’s operational financial controlling activities</p><p>• Prepare, analyze, and comment monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings</p><p>• Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning</p><p>• Monitor financial performance, including variance analysis and identification of root causes</p><p>• Create management reports and KPIs to support leadership and business departments</p><p>• Support investment analysis, business cases, and financial evaluations</p><p>• Contribute to the optimization of controlling processes, reporting structures, and internal standards</p><p>• Collaborate closely with accounting, management, and cross-functional departments</p><p></p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><p>• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field</p><p>• Solid experience (2 to 4 years) in financial controlling or similar roles</p><p>• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and KPI analysis</p><p>• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills</p><p>• Excellent English skills, as the role involves direct interaction with the Group CFO and international stakeholders</p><p>• Good knowledge of German (minimum level B2)</p><p>• Strong analytical and communication skills</p><p>• Proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on mindset</p><p></p><p><strong>What the Company Offers</strong></p><p>• Permanent contract within a stable and international organization</p><p>• Competitive annual gross salary ranging from €50,000 to €60,000, depending on experience and qualifications</p><p>• Real opportunities for professional growth</p><p>• Dynamic, international, and innovation-driven working environment</p><p>• Direct exposure to top management and involvement in strategic business decisions</p><p></p><p>If you are looking for an international opportunity where you can leverage your financial expertise and further develop your career, we would be pleased to hear from you.</p><p></p><p><strong>Location</strong></p><p>• Melsungen, Germany</p><p></p><p>#PRIOTOR</p> L’annuncio è rivolto ad ambo i sessi (D.lgs n. 198/2006) e nel rispetto di quanto disposto dall’art. 10 del D.Lgs n. 276/2003.
